Job summary

The Salvation Army Tri-Cities Corps in Pasco, WA is seeking a part-time Social Services Coordinator to support the Pathway of Hope (POH) and community programs. Strong organizational and case management skills are required to work with diverse populations. Training includes WellSky, HIPAA, trauma-informed care; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• AA in Social Work, Social Services, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with low-income or homeless families, Case Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for community programs (Angel Tree, Back to School, seasonal programs).
• Drive TSA vehicle to transport supplies for programs.
• Plan and implement appropriate levels of social service support across Tri-Cities.
• Screen clients and complete applications for Salvation Army programs (POH).
• Provide referrals to housing, health, benefits, and financial resources while maintaining confidentiality.
