Job summary

The Salvation Army Tri-Cities Corps in Pasco, WA is seeking a part-time Social Services Coordinator to lead Pathway of Hope operations and coordinate community resources for families facing poverty.

You will assess client needs, develop action plans, connect to housing, health, and financial supports, and maintain records using WellSky. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong ethics and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AA in Social Work/Social Services preferred or willingness to learn.
• Minimum 1 year experience with low-income or homeless families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for seasonal community programs (Angel Tree, Back to School).
• Screen clients and complete applications for Salvation Army programs.
• Develop and monitor individualized action plans; provide ongoing case management.
• Maintain client data and submit monthly reports using WellSky.
• Work with staff and partners; ensure confidentiality and ethical care.
