Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; AA preferred in social services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for community programs and events.
• Screen clients and complete program applications.
• Develop individualized action plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain client data and generate monthly reports.
• Work with staff and partners to connect housing, health, and financial resources.
