RHP Properties seeks a Community Manager for the South Park Community in Oakdale, PA, to oversee daily administration, operations, and onsite personnel.

Responsibilities include rent collections, delinquent rents, staff training, inspections, maintenance coordination, and resident relations while ensuring safety and profitability. Requires 2–3 years in property management and MS Office familiarity.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of property management experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; MRI experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily rental collections and late fees.
• Pursue delinquent rents and handle evictions per state law.
• Hire, train, and supervise onsite staff.
• Inspect grounds and community-owned homes.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks and invoices.
• Maintain employee files and compensation records.
• Analyze reports and address issues.
• Respond to residents' needs and build relationships.
• Coordinate advertising and promotions of homes.
• Available to work outside normal hours as needed.
• Oversee refurbishing community homes.
