Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc is seeking a Community Manager to assist the Community Director in operating the property and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes leading site-level operations, collecting rent, managing delinquencies, handling evictions, and overseeing accounting processes.

You will supervise leasing and service staff, generate financial reports, and ensure lease files and notices are properly handled.

Qualifications

• Requires strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work with residents, vendors, and military community.
• Experience with property management tools and reporting desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Community Supervisors and Leasing Specialists.
• Manage rent collection, delinquencies, and eviction processes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Process evictions, prepare notices, and attend court hearings.
• Oversee lease processing, renewals, and move-ins/outs.
• Coordinate with maintenance and ensure unit readiness.
• Support site leadership and resident relations.
• Drive for Company business as required.
