Job summary

Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Community Manager to elevate resident and team experience across our multifamily properties. You will oversee daily operations to deliver service excellence and drive community growth.

Reporting to the Regional Portfolio Manager, you’ll lead leasing and maintenance teams, manage budgets, and partner with marketing, legal, HR, and finance to ensure compliant operations and exceptional results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing operations and supervising staff in hospitality, retail, customer service and/or property management.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage operations within an approved annual budget and perform financial analysis.
• Ability to quickly learn property management software.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional experience for team members, residents, and guests of multi-family property.
• Leads, manages, directs, and develops community leasing and maintenance teams.
• Ensures property maintenance meets company quality standards at all times and ensures the community operates within an approved budget.
• Partner with cross-functional teams in marketing, legal, human resources, finance to ensure effective and compliant operations at the community.
• Ensures the team completes work in accordance with all required compliance standards and applicable regulations.
• Manages and participates in general leasing and renewal activities and oversees rent collection.
