Asset Living is a third-party management firm dedicated to operating thriving communities nationwide. The Assistant Community Manager will oversee daily operations, financial functions, and staff supervision at an on-site property in Tigard, Oregon.

Qualifications

• Onsite software proficiency required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Manage delinquency and rent collections to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Post payments, reconcile receivables, and monitor budgets.
