Havenpark Communities is hiring an Assistant Community Manager to be the heartbeat of the community. You will handle resident relations, plan events, ensure rent collection, and coordinate move-ins, lease renewals, and maintenance.

Ideal candidates are organized, empathetic leaders who can multitask, de-escalate issues, and collaborate with the Community Manager, Sales team, and maintenance staff to keep residents happy and communities thriving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
• Ability to sit for long periods using office equipment, as well as walk the community and lift supplies as needed.
• Annual or semi-annual travel may be required for this role.

Responsabilités

• Be the heartbeat of the community by handling resident relations and planning events.
• Process bills and ensure rent collection while maintaining financial integrity.
• Support the Community Manager and Sales team with move-ins and lease renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure work orders are completed within 48 hours.
