Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Minnesota to be the heartbeat of the community. You’ll handle resident relations, events, rent collection, move-ins, leases, and coordination with the Community Manager and Sales teams to ensure a seamless, welcoming living experience.

The role emphasizes organization, empathy, and proactive problem-solving, with responsibilities spanning financial operations, resident engagement, and maintenance coordination across the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Build welcoming resident relations and coordinate events.
• Manage rent collection and financial notices.
• Support Community Manager and Sales team with move-ins and lease renewals.
• Coordinate paperwork for new residents and renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and ensure timely completions.
