Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations of a manufactured home community. You will handle resident relations, collections, leasing support, and oversee work orders, learning from the Community Manager along the way.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of property management or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Self-starter with initiative and follow-through.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible, approachable presence in the community and support residents.
• Manage collections: prepare bills, ensure on-time rent, and handle notices in compliance with state law and Fair Housing standards.
• Assist Community Manager and Sales & Leasing Agent with move-ins and lease renewals; ensure homes meet Havenpark quality standards.
