Job summary

Victory Programs, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for the Boston Living Center to lead daily operations, supervise staff, coordinate outreach, and maintain a safe, trauma-informed milieu for members.

The role reports to the Program Director and works with Harm Reduction staff to ensure services are accessible and dignified. Key responsibilities include scheduling, procurement, data integrity, and staff development in a busy, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.
• CPR certification may be obtained after hire; TB screening may be obtained after hire.
• Experience with high acuity populations, homelessness prevention, outreach, and/or human services.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for all site and program operations, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and legal requirements.
• Supervise and develop staff including Harm Reduction Coordinator, Receptionist, and Peer Advocates; provide weekly supervision.
• Develop staffing schedules and oversee milieu during peak activity periods.
• Oversee procurement, storage, distribution, and organization of program supplies in compliance with local/state requirements.
• Lead external outreach campaigns and coordinate multilingual, accessible outreach materials.
• Engage members, provide navigational assistance, resolve conflicts, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate data collection on member utilization and liaison with Program Director on policy developments.
• Spearhead special events and staffing for meals programs, social events, and workshops.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in community development, public health, human services, or a relevant field
