Job summary

Victory Programs, Inc. is seeking a Supportive Services Manager in Boston to lead the daily operation of the Boston Living Center.

You will supervise direct service staff, oversee service delivery, and enforce trauma-informed, client-centered practices in a safe milieu. The role emphasizes program management, data integrity, staff training, and inter-agency collaboration to ensure dignified access to services for people facing homelessness, HIV/AIDS, and other health challenges.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, human services, healthcare, or related fields.
• Three to four years of experience designing, managing, or delivering human, housing, benefits navigation, and/or healthcare services to high acuity populations.
• Strong leadership, tactful communication, conflict resolution, and engagement skills in dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct service staff, including three case managers and a Peer Recovery and Reentry Specialist.
• Oversee development and implementation of social, clinical, and housing services with individualized service plans.
• Lead staff development, coordinate resource allocation, and ensure uninterrupted program delivery.
• Develop and institute policies and procedures for human service delivery.
