Job summary

Victory Programs’ Boston-based Victory House seeks a Program Director to lead residential treatment operations for men with substance use disorders. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance, manage budgets and maintain trauma-informed care in a harm-reduction framework.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational and liaison skills to collaborate with the Deputy Director of Recovery Services and funders.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and manage professional and paraprofessional staff.
• Experience with fiscal and contract management.
• Ability to work in a team in a trauma-informed setting.

Responsibilities

• Act in accordance with Victory Programs, Inc.’s Standards of Excellence and maintain client confidentiality.
• Ensure program compliance with statutory and contractual requirements and staff policies.
• Implement and ensure program standards of care and best practices.
• Oversee planning, direction and day-to-day operations of the program.
• Incorporate a harm reduction philosophy in all operations.
• Ensure staffing coverage at all times and supervise staff.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor monthly financial statements.
• Maintain client charts and billing records in the EHR system.
• Represent the program to internal and external customers and funders.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Education or related field
