Qualifications

• At least one year of on-site property management experience.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar programs.
• Must be able to work at least one Saturday per month or as needed.
