Job summary

Steward + Helm is seeking a Resident Service Director in Pensacola to lead on-site maintenance teams, ensure safety, curb appeal, and operational efficiency in accordance with company standards and local regulations. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in apartment, residential, or commercial settings.
• HVAC or EPA Type II Certification preferred.
• Proven ability to complete work orders in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and pool maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily activities of maintenance staff and contractors.
• Schedule inspections, plan preventive maintenance programs, and oversee major renovations.
• Oversee make-ready process to ensure apartments meet standards before occupancy.
• Conduct property inspections and address safety hazards with prompt repairs.
• Maintain property curb appeal and clean exteriors.
