Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support financial and operational activities at a residential community in Phoenix. You will assist with daily rent processing, bank deposits, and financial reporting, while using Yardi/OneSite/Entrata to maintain accurate records.

You will help enforce lease terms, collect delinquencies, coordinate maintenance, and assist in leasing efforts as needed. A team-focused, detail-oriented professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–3 years in residence life or property management.
Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Collects rent, processes invoices, and records payments in the property management system.
Supports the Community Manager with financial close-outs and reports.
Reviews leases, enforces terms, and communicates with residents about balances.
Coordinate with vendors, schedule maintenance, and assist leasing efforts as needed.
On-site supervision in the Community Manager's absence; ensures policy compliance.
