Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager with financial operations and reporting. Responsibilities include rent collection, deposits, and bank reconciliations, using leading property management software to ensure accurate records and timely reporting.

The role requires hands-on experience with Yardi/OneSite/Entrata, strong communication, and attention to detail to enhance revenue and resident satisfaction across the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business management, communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years in property management or residence life with financial duties.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial operations: collect rent, postings, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata) and ensure data integrity.
• Process invoices, payments, and vendor communications; prepare financial reports.
