Job summary

Inframark is seeking a detail-oriented Community Manager to oversee day-to-day Association operations in Wesley Chapel, FL. You will collaborate with boards, senior managers, and residents to ensure smooth administration, enforce covenants, and align activities with the organization's goals.

You will develop and monitor property budgets, review monthly finances, and manage vendor contracts and invoices. The role requires strong communication, organization, and leadership to support communities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of Community/Association management experience or equivalent.
• Associates degree with 6–8 years of Community/Association management experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Board Members, Senior Managers and RM to develop strategic direction for the Associations.
• Ensures alignment of activities which meet the mission, vision and goals of the Board of Directors.
• Develops, communicates and monitors property budgets.
• Reviews monthly finances and makes recommendations to the Board as to anticipated shortfalls and/or excess funding by budget line item.
• Coordinates, negotiates and administers vendor contracts for property-level services.
• Audits and approves vendor and utility invoices for payment.
• Prepares timely and accurate monthly financial reporting information.
• Conducts monthly inspections of all common properties and prepares deed restriction communications.
• Attends all Board and annual meetings per contract.
• Prepares and distributes notices of meeting, agenda and minutes.
• Enforces recorded rules and regulations and current laws.
