Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to help run day-to-day operations across our manufactured home communities. You’ll work closely with the Community Manager, handling resident relations, billing support, leasing coordination, and maintenance work order tracking. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Self-starter who follows through.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Comfortable with office technology and desk/field work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident relations and address concerns with care and urgency.
• Process collections and assist Community Manager with financial documents.
• Support Sales & Leasing activities and prepare move-in/renewal paperwork.
• Oversee work orders and ensure maintenance requests are resolved within 48 hours.
