Job summary

Founders Pledge in New York seeks a Community Associate to provide the administrative and operational backbone for our Community team, reporting to the Head of Community. You will help manage events, member communications, and ongoing research to support relationships with our 2,300+ members.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and an ability to juggle multiple projects. You will coordinate events, respond to inquiries using templates, and help streamline

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating events or programs.
• Proactive attitude with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Event Coordination: Manage invite sequences and follow-up communications for Community events, and keep attendee tracking accurate and up-to-date.
• Member Correspondence: Own routine member inquiries and requests, using templates where appropriate and ensuring timely responses.
• Member Monitoring: Track news about member companies and flag relevant developments for outreach.
• Team Project Support: Project-manage cross-team initiatives for the Community team.
• Process Improvement: Take on smaller projects to improve workflows and integrate approved tools.
