This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys getting the details right, keeping multiple moving pieces organized, and finding better ways for a team to work. Alongside the day‑to‑day administration, you'll have opportunities to own projects and improve the processes that underpin our member experience.

If you're excited about our mission but don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.

This is a great entry point into the effective giving space - you'll get exposure to the full operations of a high‑growth philanthropic community, working alongside a team that's actively shaping how strategic philanthropy scales.
We're a diverse team, from both charitable and commercial backgrounds, who believe remarkable things happen when people tackle hard problems together. We offer real ownership, a flat structure, and the chance to help shape the future of strategic philanthropy.
