Job summary

Asphalt Green in New York City is seeking an organized External Engagement Coordinator to support events, community activations, partnerships, and media tracking. You will maintain CRM records, prepare outreach materials, and collaborate with Marketing, Development, Programs, Operations, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics for external events, street fairs, conferences, and school fundraisers.
• Serve as Asphalt Green ambassador at external events; assist with marketing materials and talking points.
• Manage event lead generation and CRM updates; track inventory and budget updates.
• Develop and maintain library of external event materials; post-event documentation and recaps.
• Collaborate with Senior Director of External Engagement and External Engagement Manager on partnerships and outreach.
• Support media tracking, press reports, and stakeholder updates; ensure branding alignment.
