Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• Five years of proven mortgage sales experience with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC knowledge.
• Strong local real estate market knowledge and ability to build external referral networks.
• Track record of customer satisfaction and strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Windows PC environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active knowledge of Chase home lending products and local assistance programs.
• Promote mortgage products to Chase customers and the community while following lending guidelines.
• Act as the mortgage expert and generate loan originations with external relationships.
• Partner with branch teams and train staff on products and services.
• Create a standout customer experience through marketing and outreach efforts.
• Serve as the single point of contact through the mortgage origination process and coordinate with stakeholders.
