Job summary

Pawnee Mental Health Services is seeking compassionate individuals to provide direct client services in community and home settings. You will work within interdisciplinary teams to support clients facing mental health or substance use challenges.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with families. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• A valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Post-secondary education in a human services field is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review client person-centered plans and develop activities to improve functioning.
• Provide direct services in locations most appropriate for client needs and document progress.
• Provide one-to-one support to clients in crisis or to maintain stability.
• Collaborate with family and other team members to set goals and reinforce desired behavior.
• Drive to community settings to deliver services and maintain timely documentation.
