Job summary

Pawnee Mental Health is seeking supportive professionals to provide direct client services across home, school and community settings. The role emphasizes crisis support, client safety, and collaboration with families and treatment teams to achieve meaningful, person-centered outcomes.

Responsibilities include scheduling, documentation, and adherence to agency policies. A valid driver’s license and English proficiency are required, with opportunity to grow within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
• A valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
• CSPs may be required to provide crisis services and work rotating on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review client person-centered plans and develop activities to enhance functioning in identified areas.
• Provide direct services in homes, schools, work, or other community settings and document progress.
• Provide one-to-one support in crisis situations to maintain stability and prevent restrictive placements.
• Collaborate with family and treatment team to identify goals and reinforce desired behavior.
• Implement scheduled activities (exercise, socialization, goal setting, illness management, community outings).
• Maintain clinical schedule and ensure timely documentation in the electronic health record.
