Job summary

Pawnee Mental Health Services is seeking dedicated professionals to deliver community-based behavioral health support. You will provide outreach, develop treatment goals with clients and families, and coordinate with the treatment team to ensure quality care.

Ideal candidates bring a human services background, strong English communication, and a valid driver’s license. The role emphasizes confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and adherence to agency policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong oral and written communication in English.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide services in community settings where the consumer may need it.
• Provide outreach, support, referral to services and connection of resources to the consumer/family.
• Develop and document person-centered treatment goals with input from client and family.
• Meet administrative and clinical documentation requirements in agency policy.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and uphold client dignity and confidentiality.
• Attend clinical supervision and participate in program staffing.
