Job summary

Sisense is seeking a Community Manager contractor to build authority on Reddit and other channels, acting as the bridge between users and our product and support teams. You will translate community needs into technical reality and ensure users have the information they need to succeed with our product.

In this role you will develop a strategic Reddit presence, moderate discussions, and collect actionable feedback for product teams while maintaining brand safety and a consistent communications

Qualifications

• Technical curiosity to understand product architecture.
• Ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, readable community posts.
• Tracking issues using Jira or GitHub to monitor and manage community feedback.
• Comfort using data tools to visualize community trends and support findings.
• Background in technical support or developer relations managing high-touch interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a full Reddit strategy, including SEO and engagement-driven native posting.
• Manage the branded subreddit: maintain the content calendar, create content, and manage posting.
• Drive activations in target subreddits by identifying opportunities and crafting articles for engagement.
• Monitor community threads 5 days per week, providing daily reactive commenting.
• Feedback Synthesis: Identify, categorize, and prioritize user feedback and feature requests from community threads.
• Product Liaison: Relay summarized user insights to internal Product Teams to inform the development cycle.
• Technical Triage: Identify complex user issues and route them to the correct internal SMEs for resolution.
• Active Moderation: Enforce community guidelines to maintain brand safety, reputation, and community health.
• Daily Updates: Execute a consistent rhythm of branded updates and communications.
• Provide comprehensive reporting on engagement, SEO, impressions, and sentiment tracking for product launches.
• Perform LLM citation audits to measure brand visibility in AI-generated responses.
