Think Academy US is seeking an experienced Community Content & Growth Specialist to build our organic brand presence across Reddit, Quora, and other relevant online communities.

In this role, you will research conversations, write high‑quality posts, manage our subreddit, and track performance to identify growth opportunities. You should have strong English writing, research, and community moderation skills and be able to work independently.

Qualifications

• At least one year of hands-on experience managing Reddit and Quora accounts or communities.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and research skills.
• Strong ability to analyze user intent and audience needs.

Responsibilities

• Research relevant conversations on Reddit and Quora.
• Write high-quality posts, comments, and answers that provide value.
• Manage Think Academy’s subreddit including planning, posting, engagement, and moderation.
• Build relationships and maintain a credible presence in communities.
