Job summary

Wallick Communities in Columbus is seeking a Senior Living Sales Specialist to drive occupancy and revenue growth by executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, managing the full sales cycle, and building relationships with prospective residents and referral sources.

Collaborate with executive leadership on move-ins, CRM usage, market analysis, and events while delivering a welcoming, resident-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in senior living sales and marketing.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and sustain occupancy goals through targeted sales strategies.
• Lead personalized discovery sessions and community tours.
• Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans.
• Coordinate move-in process with the Executive Director and departments.
• Maintain model rooms reflecting the community lifestyle.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
• Participate in daily sales huddles to review pipeline.
• Update forecast tracker with move-ins and trends.
• Complete admissions paperwork with other teams.
• Plan and host marketing events to engage prospects.
• Develop external relationships with providers.
• Monitor departmental budget for cost-effective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
