Job summary

Gardant-Management-Solution is seeking a Community Marketing and Sales professional in Columbus, Indiana. You will lead outreach initiatives, build relationships with physicians, senior centers, and home health providers to maximize referrals, and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy across channels to achieve optimal resident occupancy.

You will conduct warm, personalized tours for prospective residents and families, follow up promptly on inquiries, and leverage CRM data to nurture

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• 3+ years previous sales, marketing, or community outreach required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong closing skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Community marketing and sales program to achieve resident occupancy.
• Foster relationships with local community professionals, physicians, senior centers and home health agencies for referrals.
• Promote a positive social media presence with content aligned to our mission and values.
• Manage multiple marketing channels (paid ads, digital platforms, traditional outreach) to engage residents, employees and stakeholders.
• Bridge marketing and sales by executing strategies that generate leads and drive revenue.
• Deliver personalized tours to prospective residents and family members, ensuring a warm, compassionate experience.
• Implement timely follow-ups to address inquiries and nurture relationships.
• Oversee CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and optimize sales and marketing efforts.
