Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Oceanside, CA is seeking a CMP Manager to direct, train and motivate Community Marketing Associates and Supervisors, with a focus on increasing CMP tours and meeting VPG requirements. The role covers FTF package sales and site-level budgeted tour flow.

This full-time position requires strong leadership, customer service and communication skills, with weekend/holiday availability and relevant experience preferred. Travel + Leisure Co.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Internal Wyndham experience or external timeshare experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent skills in creating partnerships, big-picture analysis and follow-up mandatory.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to serve internal and external customers.
• Clear concise written and verbal communication skills mandatory.
• Track record of leadership and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train CMP professionals and supervisors.
• Oversee daily operations of CMP programs to meet budgeted tour flow.
• Establish an ongoing training plan to implement integrity and enthusiasm in the CMP department.
• Work with CMP Supervisors to establish written and individual team goals to help achieve performance.
• Monitor and report performance of marketing at the site level, taking corrective action as required.
• Assist Marketing Director and site VP as needed.
