Responsibilities

• Market and lease a residential community to hit occupancy targets.
• Prepare and monitor leasing reports and pricing recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and corporate procedures.
• Maintain accurate data in property management software and follow up with prospects.
• Coordinate events, tours, and resident communications.
• Assist in move-in/out activities and renewals.
• Support in marketing and social media for the property.
• Address resident needs and maintain a positive community image.
