Job summary

AAMCI is seeking a dedicated Community Manager with expertise in Yardi Voyager to oversee day-to-day operations of our affordable housing properties in Orange City, FL. This full-time role (Mon-Fri, 8-5) requires strong leadership and clear communication with residents and staff.

Ideal candidates will have experience managing regulatory requirements (Section 8, RD, etc.), and a focus on delivering high-quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Word, and Yardi/Onesite.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Minimum two years of Project-Specific Regulatory Experience (Section 8, RD, etc.).
• Minimum two years of managerial experience with fiscal responsibility and supervision of team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations using Yardi Voyager.
• Greet residents and manage administrative tasks.
• Prepare leases and coordinate move-ins.
• Review financial statements and assist with annual budget.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across properties and reports.
• Hire, develop and supervise team members.
