You will enforce leases, supervise onboarding, coordinate with on-site teams, and maintain high occupancy through strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a manufactured housing or multifamily community is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents and staff.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and leases effectively.
• Customer-focused, with conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and familiarity with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG professionally with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Oversee operations of Alpine Vista Village to meet financial goals.
• Enforce leases, community rules, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and train on-site staff; manage onboarding and evaluations.
• Oversee rent collections, deposits, and delinquency review.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate with authorities when needed.
