You'll coordinate move-ins, ensure regulatory compliance, manage records, and collaborate with services staff to support residents. A strong communicator with organizational skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks and be at least 21.
• Experience in property management, housing, leasing, or customer service.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of supportive housing communities.
• Coordinate leasing activities, move-ins, move-outs, and applicant screening.
• Maintain compliance with affordable housing regulations and program requirements.
• Complete resident certifications, documentation, and file management.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate maintenance with property staff.
• Collect rent and maintain financial and operational records.
• Address resident concerns and resolve lease-related issues professionally.
• Partner with supportive services staff to promote tenancy and housing stability.

What You'll Do

Requirements

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Experience in property management, housing, leasing, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

It's a bonus if you have:

• HUD and/or LIHTC experience
• CAM, CPM, or similar certification
• Experience in supportive housing, behavioral health, or human services

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00 per hour
• 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (approx. $12,000-$15,000 annual value)
