Lakeshore Management is seeking anAssistant Community Manager (Part-Time) in Homestead, FL. The role focuses on sales performance, revenue growth, and delivering a high-quality resident experience while supporting daily operations and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years in property management or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; High School diploma required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily oversight of operations, including budgeting and rent collection.
• Assist in driving occupancy through marketing and leasing activities.
• Maintain resident relations and resolve concerns promptly.
• Support hiring, training, and development of team members.
• Coordinate maintenance, safety, and compliance for the property.
• Help manage projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
