Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Five Mile Creek in Dallas, TX. This role oversees day-to-day property operations, maximizing occupancy, rent collections, and resident relations while leading on-site staff to deliver excellent service.

The candidate should have 3+ years in multifamily management, strong budgeting and compliance experience, and proficiency with Yardi and MS Office. A 2-year degree is required, with a 4-year degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.
• Lead staff, conduct training, and manage performance reviews and payroll records.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Collect rents and manage delinquency processes and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Ensure lease agreements are signed and compliant with housing programs and regulations.
