Job summary

Rose Valley Management is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential property. You will manage tenant relations, leases, rent collection, and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws.

The role includes supervising staff, monitoring budgets, and coordinating maintenance programs to maximize occupancy and property performance. You will work with the regional manager and maintenance staff, provide reporting, and lead on-site teams to

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in property management.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate staff across the community.
• Prepare, process and sign leases and community rules.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and vendor coordination.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and owner communications.
• Handle rent collection and deposits using Appfolio.
• Prepare payroll and assist with legal proceedings when needed.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and maintain Records.
