Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day apartment community operations, staff supervision, budgeting, leasing, and compliance. You will enforce company policies, and ensure a well-maintained, compliant property with strong resident relations.

The role requires 3+ years of property management experience, English communication skills, Fair Housing certification before interaction with residents, and a willingness to work evenings/weekends; CAM/ARM credentials are a

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Fair Housing certification required before interaction with prospects or residents.
• OSHA knowledge and ability to pass a drug test.
• College degree preferred; CAM/ARM certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, orient, and train new personnel.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare budgets and income projections.
• Ensure rents, late fees, and security deposits are collected and posted.
• Oversee leasing practices and lease administration; renewals and evictions as needed.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Ensure property is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with laws.
