Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for Haven Reston to oversee daily property operations, lead the on‑site team, and drive occupancy and revenue goals at the Reston community.

With 4–6 years in property management and a Bachelor’s degree preferred, you will manage budgets, vendor relations, and compliance while delivering exceptional resident service. Onsite role with robust benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the property and supervise staff.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rents and fees.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting and vendor payments.
• Monitor compliance with Fair Housing, ADA and other regulations.
• Lead leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond to service requests.
• Perform regular property inspections and supervise maintenance teams.
