Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned multifamily community in Woodbridge, VA. You will lead leasing, resident services, operations, budgeting, and staff, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and company policies while achieving occupancy and revenue goals.

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and marketing information.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rent rates and ensuring timely collection of rents and fees.
• Approve invoices from vendors and manage communications between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures and manage petty cash within the approved budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and inspections to maintain occupancy and revenue.
