Job summary

Greystar seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a 220-unit community in Sacramento. You will manage staff, budgeting, leasing, and financial reporting to meet goals while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance, coordinating vendor services, maintaining resident satisfaction, and communicating with owners. A bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in property management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property to achieve budgeted goals and ensure policy compliance.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rent rates and posting payments; prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices; manage accounts payable and certificates of insurance.
• Oversee leasing, enforcement, inspections, and renewal leases; manage late fees as allowed.
• Lead and train staff; coordinate owner communications and property tours.

Education
