Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rents and posting payments.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communication and payments.
• Control expenditures within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, renewals, inspections, and notice requirements.
