Job summary

Greystar seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a stabilized community. You will lead a team, manage budgets, ensure on-time rent collection, and coordinate maintenance and vendor services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of community/property management experience.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service.
• Detail-oriented and able to lead a team independently or collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations to meet budgeted goals.
• Manage leasing, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor relationships.
• Monitor compliance with laws and company policies.
• Supervise staff, hire/orient/train team, and evaluate performance.
• Interact with owners, provide updates, and manage relationships.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety/appearance.
