Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a 270-unit garden-style community in Pleasant Hill, CA. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, enforce leases, and drive occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills. On-site work schedule is Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm, with housing discount eligibility and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze budgets by reviewing financial statements and operating reports.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and collecting payments, and prepare monthly status reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and insurance certificates.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and oversee petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, and late fees.
• Gather market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
