Job summary

Requires 3–5 years of experience in property management and strong leadership skills. The role involves budgeting, rent collection, vendor payments, lease enforcement, market analysis, and maintaining resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum property management and leasing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned property and team.
• Develop and review budgets, monitor revenues and expenses.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage payments and insurance checks.
• Enforce lease terms, process applications, and renewals.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and oversee maintenance standards.
• Supervise staff, hire/orient/train, and manage performance.
• Maintain property inspections and safety/appearance standards.
