RHP Properties in Marion, IN is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations and personnel at a manufactured home community. You will manage rent collection, delinquent rent actions, and staff leadership to ensure efficient, profitable operations.

The role requires 2-3 years of property management experience, strong customer service and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. MRI experience is preferred. Evening/weekend availability may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of property management experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• MRI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration, operation, and personnel of the community.
• Collect rent, late fees, and deposits; pursue delinquent rents.
• Hire, train, motivate and manage onsite staff; document discipline.
• Ensure a presentable community by inspecting grounds and homes.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks and lead tracking systems; process invoices.
• Maintain employee files, timesheets, and compensation records.
• Monitor safety and respond to emergencies; report to corporate office as needed.
• Oversee refurbishing of community-owned homes.
• Build relationships with residents and address needs.
