Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of residential properties and ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and applicants.
• Process lease paperwork and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Communicate property features and amenities to prospects.
• Address resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain resident files and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to uphold property standards.
