Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service, hospitality, resident services, or property management experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Organized and self-motivated with the ability to travel between properties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ambassador for resident satisfaction across all assigned Point Real Estate Management communities.
• Plan, coordinate, and host resident appreciation events and community activities.
• Develop resident retention initiatives and monitor surveys and online reviews.
• Regularly visit communities to maintain visibility and report concerns to the management team.
• Collaborate with Property Managers to ensure a seamless, positive resident experience.
