Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a Part-Time Community Manager in Ladysmith, WI, to support daily property operations and resident relations. This 20-hour-per-week role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and dependable service within a community setting.

You will greet prospects, coordinate showings and lease paperwork, handle resident concerns, and help maintain a positive living environment. Prior management or supervisory experience is preferred; knowledge of fair housing is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of property management or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complexes and vacancies are ready for showings and move-in dates.
• Communicate property features and amenities to prospects clearly.
• Greet walk-in traffic and address questions or concerns promptly.
• Coordinate lease paperwork and renewals accurately.
• Manage resident relations and respond to service requests timely.
